Hi, I’m Liza Hildreth,
and I’m a teen mentor.

Working in equal partnership with willing teenagers, I help them confidently rise to the challenges and opportunities of school and life.
I am an open-minded, Harvard-educated high school humanities and learning support teacher, social worker and education researcher who loves learning about others, the world around us and our place in it.
Drawing on my experience as an educator and a student in elite schools, I offer my knowledgeable, trustworthy support and bespoke practical skills to help teenagers anywhere around the globe learn how to achieve their personal goals.
An investment in mentoring for your teen right now is an investment in their future wellbeing.
Read more about proven future benefits of mentoring in my blog.
Using a strengths-based approach, I engage teens to:
discuss and identify their personal goals
(I help you learn to think for yourself!)
practice relevant skills and strategies to meet these goals
(I help you learn to act in your best interest!)

Liza is a gifted educator with a big heart. She connects really well with teens and helps them to find and grow their inner drive. It has been inspirational to work alongside her and watch her bring out the best in many young people. I have seen countless students thrive and flourish in her care.

Thanks for being such an amazing House teacher and for always listening to everyone’s concerns, big or small. Your positive attitude towards everything has made House time so enjoyable and something I always look forward to.
